Refund Policy

Orange Eight Software, LLC sells software and related digital services. Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for purchases made through our website and applications.

14-Day Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 14 days of any payment — whether it's your initial purchase or a subsequent subscription renewal — and receive a full refund of that charge.

Refund requests made after the 14-day window has passed will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Paddle or Orange Eight Software, LLC, and are not guaranteed.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@boostfrontoffice.com with the email address used for your purchase and a brief explanation. Where appropriate, we may direct you to Paddle for assistance with payment-related matters.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period unless it is otherwise terminated earlier in accordance with applicable law or our Terms.

When you cancel a subscription:

  • the cancellation will apply to the next renewal date,
  • your subscription will not renew again after that date,
  • your cancellation is not prorated, and
  • you will continue to have access to the content, features, and functionality included in your current tier until the end of your then-current billing period.

For example, if your subscription renews on the 15th of each month and you cancel on the 3rd, you will keep access to your current subscription tier until the 15th, and your subscription will then end.

No Prorated Refunds for Cancellations

Outside of the 14-day refund window described above, cancelling a subscription does not entitle you to a full or partial refund for the unused portion of your current billing period, except where required by law.

Access After Cancellation

Once your current billing period ends, your access to paid features, content, and functionality associated with your canceled tier will end unless otherwise stated in your plan details or required by law.

Access After Refund

Once your refund is approved and submitted, your access to paid features, content, and functionality associated with your canceled tier will end unless required by law.

Chargebacks

If you have a question about a charge or believe there has been an error, please contact us first at support@boostfrontoffice.com so we can try to resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may delay resolution.
